Lynn Peak in North Vancouver
Last Sunday, for lack of time I stayed close to Vancouver, which was no more unpleasant.
We chose hiking the Lynn Peak – North Vancouver. A hike ranked intermediate, not too long, more about cardio training than muscles strength.
Sunday morning, we started at 8:30 am for about 30 min drive (1h20 by bus), with the sun once again :). We were back home at 14:30. So it was about 5 hours in total, with a big break at the top to eat and enjoy the view.
The starting point is very busy, the Lynn Valley offers many hiking trails, which attracts all kinds of public.
The distance is 9 kms and elevation is about 720m, to reach 920m. There was some snow at the top, but everything was melting in the sun.
Even if people sometimes compare this hike to Grouse Grind, it’s way easier.
